Keith Donner, Director, Business Process Automation
Keith has more than 12 years of travel industry experience as a leisure and corporate agent, and has worked in agency automation for the last eight. Since joining UNIGLOBE Travel (Western Canada) Inc., he has focused on helping agents offer their customers the most thorough and professional service available using the UNIGLOBE Quality Control and File Finishing automation system. This cutting-edge technology catches errors and finishes reservation PNRs with essential itinerary information, saving travel agencies from the expense of manual service initiatives and debit memos. Despite the great and growing success of the system, Keith and his team are continually working to enhance this product with input from our group of agencies.

Gayle Mackie, Executive Administrator
As a member of the UNIGLOBE Agency Development team, Gayle brings with her more than 2 decades of work experience in the Canadian travel industry, beginning with Wardair Canada, followed by a lengthy and very successful career in the sales and marketing department of Air New Zealand. Prior to joining UNIGLOBE Gayle was an events planner at Addison Travel Marketing, the producer of Canada’s leading travel trade show. As Executive Administrator for UNIGLOBE Travel (Western Canada) Inc., Gayle utilizes her wealth of customer service skills to assist UNIGLOBE franchise agencies in Western Canada as well as providing back-up support to the Regional Team and Personal Assistant duties to the President.

Dianne Perrot, Technology Assistant
Dianne’s background includes more than 10 years’ experience as a consultant in both leisure and corporate travel. Prior to joining UNIGLOBE, Dianne worked at an independent travel agency in Vancouver and was responsible for implementing, developing, and providing training and ongoing support of the company’s new CRM database, Clientbase Plus. In 2005, Dianne joined UNIGLOBE Travel (Western Canada) Inc., where she is responsible for providing ongoing support for various technology-based products used by the company, as well as its franchisee network. In her position, Dianne provides numbers back services and advice to clients on a broad range of online booking tools, as well as automated quality assurance products including Clientbase Plus, ResX and the UNIGLOBE Total Quality Management System.

Eric Sung, Technology Support Specialist
After graduating from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor degree in Computing Science and Business Administration, Eric worked as a Database System Administrator. His passion for travel eventually led him to take a few years away from Canada and work in different parts of the world as an IT consultant. Upon returning to Vancouver, he worked as a travel agent for two years. With his travel industry experience and strong technical background, he joined Uniglobe Travel (Western Canada) in 2008. His responsibilities include providing technical assistance in the office, as well as troubleshooting/customizing of various Uniglobe automation systems, such as Uniglobe Complete Quality Management and Uniglobe Complete Flight Tracking.

BeeBee Prangchan, Marketing and Advertising Manager
After receiving her Bachelor of Political Science degree in Bangkok, Thailand, BeeBee eventually moved to Vancouver where she joined UNIGLOBE Travel (Western Canada) Inc. in October 2000. BeeBee’s primary responsibilities are in the marketing department, where she works closely with our preferred suppliers on marketing/ promotions, print/radio advertising placements as well as assisting agencies on marketing and promotional-related issues. BeeBee also coordinates product-training sessions via teleconferencing for UNIGLOBE Western Canada agents, and manages the Total Access website program, which includes training, developing, content editing and trouble-shooting.
